Shipping Rates

Currently, we are only shipping through USPS, FedEx, and DHL EXPRESS. Domestic shipping rates within the continental US will be a flat rate $9.95 charge. If you order more than $300, then your shipping will be free; only within the continental USA. For international orders, after the total weight of your completed order has been confirmed, the shipping charge will be adjusted according to your international zone. Depending on the weight of your order, the shipping charge may be more or less than your estimated quote.


Military & P.O. Box Addresses:

Due to shipper restrictions, shipping is not available for APO/FPO P.O. Box addresses.

How to Ship to AK, HI and PR

Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico orders will be shipped via FedEx 2nd Day Air. Hawaii shipments may take an extra day due to time changes and Puerto Rico orders may be delayed 1 day due to customs.

Tracking Packages:

After your complete your purchase, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent to your e-mail account with a tracking number.

International Order:

We understand that fashion is all around the world and we do everything we can to ensure women around the world get our fashion leggings, pants, and bottoms. We have a very easy way of handling International orders. Simply add items to your cart and checkout as usual. We will then ship your order to you wherever you are in the world. Remember, we don't profit from any shipping nor handling fees.

Order Status:

When your order has been received and you have provided us with valid e-mail address, you will receive an Order Confirmation via e-mail. If you are a registered user, you can also view your order status by clicking "My Account" and logging in with your user ID and password and then clicking on "View the orders I have made" under "My Orders".

Modify or Cancel Order:

Due to our efforts ensure that you received your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us. However, should you cancel the order, it is subject to 20% cancellation fee once order confirmation is received. Cut Off Time:

Cut off time for orders to be eligible for same day shipping on Mondays is 12:00pm PST Cut off time for orders on days other than Monday is 2:00pm PST (However, time is subject to change at anytime. Should you receive damaged or defective items, claims must be made within 4 BUSINESS DAYS from the confirmed order delivery date.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you must request to claim a return within 4 BUSINESS DAYS from the confirmed order delivery date. ALL PACKAGES MUST BE UNOPENED AND INCLUDE ORIGINAL MANUFACTURES' PACKAGING AND ORIGINAL LABEL. Returns must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed with all tags. Customers will assume return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.

"SALE" or have been discounted are FINAL and cannot be returned. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. To file a claim on a damaged item or return, please email or call customer service for your return authorization request. If you choose to email, please include your PO# in the subject line and the following information:

  • Reason for Return

All return packages attempted to be delivered without a return authorization (claim) number will be declined and shipped back to the sender.

The merchandise must be unworn and be accompanied by the original invoice. In some occasions, refused, unclaimed, undeliverable orders or returned due to customers' error are subject to 20% restocking fee in addition to all freight charges.
